Made from tobala agave, this mezcal from 1509 puts a single agave variety at the center of the glass. Production is handled with care for the plant’s finer details, bottled at 48% ABV in a 750 ml format. The profile leans restrained rather than smoke-forward: subtle smoke frames floral and citrus notes, with mineral and nutty tones filling out the finish. A layered pour for drinkers who follow agave expressions closely.
